About Me
I'm just fresh to this whole travelling thing after deciding to move to the other side of the world at 19 to follow a dance company I fell in love with. More on that later. I moved from Adelaide, Australia where I've lived my whole life, just travelling on family holidays, to Belfast, Northern Ireland. Arriving in Belfast I settled, I fell in love with the people there and the place isn't too bad but the people are mighty. I've travelled extensively around Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland working as a performer. Recently I decided it was time to broaden my horizons.
So back to the dancing, I've danced my whole life but after finishing school in Australia I decided why not make it my job. So I trained full time for two years and danced with one of the best companies in Australia, Australian Dance Theatre (YouTube them, they're unreal) I've trained in all styles, ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, gymnastics, and a weird sport calisthenics (no not the workout). Anyway, I went to the Adelaide fringe 2013, saw a show by a group called Ponydance, fell in love and followed them to Belfast. I've been working and touring with them ever since. YouTube them too, you won't be disappointed.
Like I said I'm new to the travelling thing, but I've been guided by some expert travellers and couchsurfing gurus Ben Kotovski-Steele, Jessicasmart7 and Marinus Schimmel. We recently finished a trip cycling from Riga, Latvia to Vilnius Lithuania BY BICYCLE. That's right we gave our legs a mad workout and camped in abandoned buildings and fields, couch surfed with wonderful people and saw some pretty rad things.
I love hearing people's stories, whether it's about daily life or worldly adventures you've had. I'm young yes, but super eager to learn about the world and the cool people moving through it. I've got some mad stories to swap and can definitely teach you some killer dance moves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To see the world from the eyes of others.
Interests
Animals are just the best. Before I decided to go down the dancey road I was about to head off to uni and study biodiversity and conservation. My dads a biologist so all things natural has been my surrounds my whole life.
I love being active, whether it's cycling to and from places daily, playing netball, dancing, occasionally running when I can drag myself of the couch, climbing mountains where possible.
Anything and everything outdoors and active.
Camping yes please.
Hiking of course.
Adventures outdoors, always.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music, right so I've not experienced anything like the music scene in Belfast. It's so so good, I've worked with so many local musicians and you can spy me in their music videos :)
Movies, like all of them (can usually tell you pretty much every actor and what they've been in)
Books, I devour them.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
