Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To continue my trajectory moving West around the earth (via a stint East), working on a collection of short stories and travel essay in art, making curious observations and creative commentaries on what it means to move through the world.
ABOUT ME
I'm a laid back person with a slightly bent but endearing sense of humour. I'm keen to connect with people who also enjoy looking at the less obvious but endlessly fascinating aspects of life. I seek interactions and experiences that go beyond the surface value, that delve into the abstract and resurface as a mutually appreciated view of humanity. I think and write critical whilst optimistic.
PHILOSOPHY
It's complicated but all so simple.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm a newbie to couch surfing. My partner and I hosted a small Christmas Lunch via CS last year in our home in Vancouver, as a way of reaching out to others who didn't have friends or family to spend the day with. My partner also couch surfed a lot throughout Canada prior to this and I've since met and become friends with some of the folk she stayed with along the way. I've had a great introduction to the many connections that couch surfing can foster.

Baked Tandoori tofu chips. Knowledge of ectoplasm. Travel tips. Photoshop skills. Delicious vegan smoothies.
One of the most fortifying aspects of traveling is the ability to gain perspective and knowledge of history and place. I like to share thoughts on this, however that happens, whenever I'm in a new place.
