Overview
About Me
I’m an aspiring sheep farmer doing seasonal work til I’m ready to buy my own land. I’m also an artist - mainly a weaver but also dabble in other fiber arts (felting, knitting, embroidery, basket making etc). I can kind of draw, kind of sew, and kind of build things.
Most of the time I'd rather be outside. I trail run (let’s go for a run!!), rock climb (though I’m new-ish too it), hike, camp, ski, and bird. I’m happy as long as there’s a trail underfoot and trees or sky overhead.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people on the road and hear about their favorite places! There’s something to learn from everyone and I think couchsurfing is an amazing way to bring us likeminded travelers together.
Looking for hiking/running spots, the best bagel in town, drinks and company, or just somewhere to crash for the night

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent a month and a half driving across the country solo, sleeping in my car, wwoofing, hiking, and exploring.
Also lived in rural Iceland for 2 months on an artist residency. Saw the aurora almost ever night.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Let’s talk about our adventures so I can add to my list or you can add to yours!
I can also share my love and enthusiasm for farming and homesteading, or my love of trees, mountains, and birds.
And I’ll do your dishes or mend your favorite pair of jeans.
