Hi, would you like some fresh bread? I always end up with a surplus, between baking with my sourdough starter (named bubbles) and checking out local bakeries. I do not like to waste food. Also I like making friends.

I study Anthropology (2016-17 will be the 2nd year of my Masters program), especially of food. Food organizes visible and invisible social interactions. My current project is about migrant farm workers in Belgium.

Other things: languages and lots of them make me happy. I play the saxophone, especially funky and jazzy jams. Also tortoises are my favorite.

My brother Milo and I are going on a giant bike ride for two weeks through Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Plan is to bike a lot, drink good beer, and meet cool people in different places. Hope to meet you soon!
