ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going person with a good sense of direction. I really love to see people happy and I love to be happy myself. I love the view of the world from a child's perspective, so I have a child-like zeal within me. I love to try things once and want to see all that I can.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life through experience. Nothing is off-limits in life for me, I want to try as many different things as I can from food to adventurous endeavours to volunteer programs. I want to base my life on experiences and the insight gained from them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to couch surfing, but I would love to host travelers when I return home or just meet up with them in Chicago or Milwaukee for a drink.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed around Europe when I studied in Greece and I have now successfully hosted a few times =]

Interests

I'm interested in a good discussion, reading, traveling, cooking, music, arts and crafts, nature, horse back riding, and just keeping busy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love Pink Floyd, but I'm also pretty open for music... Indie Rock, Classical, House, Trance, Techno, Swing, Experimental, some Rap, Christmas music =], Instrumental, Reggae, Folk, Acoustic, Classic Rock, Vocal Jazz... and so forth.

I do not really watch movies all that often, but a few of my favorites include.. Koyaanisqatsi, Big Fish, Requiem for a Dream, Pi, Everything is Illuminated, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Candy, What Dreams May Come, The Wall

I like a good book that provokes and stimulates good thinking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sandboarding in Namibia, Hearing the lions roar while camping at night, Climbing Mt. Olympus, and Experiencing the changes of the field at the edge of the backyard throughout the seasons.
