I love adventures, and i figure what better way to have an adventure than to travel around the world sleeping on random people's couches? plus, it's free. i mean.. really, it doesn't get much better than that.

i have couchsurfed twice in the past, and both times were AMAZING.. and i hope to return the favor sometime in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've stayed with two different hosts - both in southern france, and both were amazing - so happy to chat, share a meal, share life stories, and give travel advice. it was pretty much a dream come true.

Intereses

like i said, people, music, books, movies.. also the french language and culture, which i'm quickly falling in love with. and politics (go obama!).. and art.. pretty much everything and anything honestly. also a good wine. or a good beer. i'm currently learning to love belgian beer.

and i will give anything a try at least once. currently i'm reading "et si c'etait vrai" by marc leroy and "it" by stephen king.. simulateously. and my new-found love is the french hip-hop artist gage. check him out. he's quality. top 5 favorite movies would be: fight club, the matrix, boondock saints, a lot like love, and something's gotta give.

driving around autistic children on a boat in northern minnesota. those kids are amazing and hilarious.

i have a wealth of random knowledge stored in my brain.. some parts more interesting than others. i know a good amount about music, the united states, france, and religion (my dad's a pastor.. it comes with the territory).. and i'm working on learning about politics, history, and art. also, seeing as im american, im quite good at english.. but more than happy to speak in french - i could use the practice.
