Hi there. My name is Abdulmelik, and I finished my IT bachelor's degree in Sarajevo with hope of continuing my masters degree in Graz,Austria. I currently own and lead startup called "Whoopedu", education/gaming platform for kids.

I consider myself adventurous type and I really like to travel but even more I like to meet people and learn about their culture and cuisine. I am currently in a phase of home transition so I cannot provide accommodation yet but as soon as I settle in Graz my door is open for you.

In my free time I like to sing, cook, ski, swim , play football, tennis, table tennis and all kind of sports, chill but also party hard, I like to take photographs but also get photographed myself, I like to play FIFA and I am a huge Game Of Thrones fan. I definitely enjoy tasting different kinds of food and drinks but the thing I enjoy most is a nice and pleasant conversation.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

All of my interests aside, traveling has been my biggest obsession for as long as I can remember. From the moment my parents gave me permission for my first trip I have been dreaming of one day traveling the whole world. The second biggest obsession I have is definitely meeting new people, learn about their culture, try their food and starting new friendships in the process. This is the biggest reason why I left conventional traveling and want to try couchsurfing.

As I enjoy to take in new things I am really open-minded when it comes to music. I like everything from pop to rock, from soul to r&b, from techno to traditional music.

I am huge movie buff so whatever you give me I watch (except horrors I am a huge coward when it comes to horror movies). When it comes to TV shows I am no different but the ones I like most are Game of Thrones, Vikings, Brooklyn 99, Suits, sitcoms such as The Big Bang theory etc.

Books I read mostly in the past year were entrepreneurship related but I also like to read novels, mostly ones in adventure and romance genre.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Been part of Erasmus+ student exchange. This was by far the most eye-opening and best experience in my life. I packed my bag and went on to live for 6 months in Lublin, Poland. There I not only met people and culture from Poland but also from all around the Europe and even the world. I made many new friends and friendships from places such as Poland, Italy, Portugal, Belarus, Morocco, France, Thailand, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Turkey, USA etc. (I apologize to those I forgot). I had contact with many new cultures and cuisines, traveled to many wonderful places and had the best time of my life.

If you are a computer wiz or entrepreneur wannabe I can teach you basics of Swift 3 programming language or share with you my entrepreneur related skills gained through winning several startup competitions and attending many seminars, workshops and programs. I can teach basics of Bosnian and Turkish language as well as Polish, Portuguese, Italian (mostly bad words). Other things I can teach are basics of guitar playing, singing, football, tennis etc.

I want to learn basics of a new language if possible, I would like to learn to cook other national dishes and all other things that the host or surfer can teach me.

When I hopefully get a place of my own I can share nice accommodation warm food and drink.

I can share my countries culture, experience I gained through my travels and life, my cooking skills and our national cuisine as well as several other.
I can also share my sense of humour (weird humour mostly) and long conversations but the biggest thing that I can share is my time and friendship.
