Hi...My name is AbdelRahman, I'm 26years old. I graduated from The physical education Faculty, I’ve a bachelor’s degree in Sport Coaching and Management , ( Sport is my life) I love tit he most and I’ll keep improving in it.
I am Fitness, Nutrition , mixed martial arts and self-defense coach, Moreover I have good experience in Bodybuilding. Football , Squash and swimming are just few examples of my favorite sports and games. I am very interested in physiotherapy, Massage and sport injuries rehabilitation as well.
I’ve experienced working in general maintenance, gardening, tidying and cleaning, reception in the world Taekwanjetsu Federation.
My life style is simple, however very healthy. I'm not on special diet and I go running daily. Furthermore I have many hobbies such as Singing, Fashion, Making friends. If you wish to know more about me, I am a fast-learner, easy-going, energetic, self-starter and of course brave.
Normally I spend my leisure time with my family or friends, I'd like to make new relationships and meet a beautiful friends from all over the world, also volunteering at hotel , educational center, project or whoever needs help.
I want to Travel and volunteer especially in this phase of my life because I'll live my youth days only once so it deserves to make it shiny, I would love to add a valuable things and sharing my experiences with others.
