Traveling, meeting new people, making new friends are the most things that I love to do. And I've been lucky enough to have had the chance to travel many countries and meet and form relationships with amazing and inspiring people.

I've lived most of my life in Syria, and then after the war I started moving from one country to another, until I finally settled down in Cyprus. I've graduated recently from EMU University, and planning to go to Canada to continue my quest for higher education.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard about couch-surfing a long time ago. But I haven't had the opportunity to try it out before. Now that I'm moving to Canada and since this is the first time I'm going to be there, I feel that I need to stay at a hosts place for the first few days, until I'm oriented and find a permanent place to stay at.

I haven't tried couch surfing before, but I'm really excited to have this experience and even host people when I settle down.

I love almost all genres of music. Especially the instrumental ones. However, I'm not a fan of today's auto-tuned music.

- 60s-90s American hits

I love movies and I have countless favorite movies.

And finally, I like reading when I have time and my favorite books are:

- The 40 Rules of Love (Elif Shafak)
- A Game of Thrones (books)
