Sobre Mim
Hi everybody:)!
You are in the field of a guy who is a pretty hyperactive and outgoing person that loves to travel, meet with new people, and getting to know new perspectives on life. Yeah, it is me, Samet.
I born and grew up in Istanbul. I did my bachelor in mechatronical engineering. I have been lived in Aalen, Germany at 2016-2017 as an exchange student. I traveled through Europe during my Erasmus.
I love traveling, music, basketball, cars, technology :)
We can play basketball together!!
I really love engineering and I'm quite fond of robotics, electronics, mechanics and even software.
I search for answers to my questions about life and try to plan my future. I try to understand myself and other people's perspective on life and the world.
Por que estou no Couchsurfing?
I am on a trip that will answer my questions and build my personal philosophy. But first, I have to become know myself. I believe that self-understanding requires to see and explore the world widely, understand other's perspectives and their philosophies.
CS is a quite new place for me! But I think it is a great platform to meet, talk, learn, share, listen and make new memories with new people. Every new person in our life means a new perspective and a new life mentality.
Shortly, more friends, more stories, more perspective, more memories :)

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz
(MOST AMAZING)
I and my three friends went to every nook and cranny of a mysterious Derinkuyu Underground City in Cappadocia. It took about 5 - 6 hours to go without stopping... Some of the galleries were forbidden and even without lighting. But after entering one gallery, it opens to a new one, and again and again... All of the tunnels were too narrow, most of the tunnels we all were about to grovel...
At the deepest point, there was the blackest color I have ever seen and we were hearing our heartbeats...
If something happens to us in there, nobody can help, nobody can hear and see us. It was extraordinarily exciting and scary. (One of my friends had claustrophobia, but she did well :D)
(AMAZING)
I decided to explore the Asian culture and I take my ticket and came to Japan without any plan. (Still in Tokyo)
(LESS AMAZING BUT STILL HAVE SOME)
Joined a competition in Texas, worked like hell for 2 months ( 3 - 4 hour sleep every day ) and won world's 5th Place in Design, world's 8th place in space missions at 2017 Cansat Satellite Competition.
Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe
I am really curious about listening to everybody's life story and best memories :) I am also interested in learning different cultures, languages, and perspectives.
I can't whistle. I would be happy if you can teach me :D.
If you are interested in technology, science or engineering; we can talk about them too. For example, I have many interesting aviation stories or knowledge about popular science topics.
I can teach you how to cook some traditional Turkish foods thus, our dinner will be prepared :).
