Highly motivated Canadian student that is taking a gap year before starting up university to see the European lifestyle and meet interesting people along the way. After countless hours on researching places to visit in during gap year I found a perfect answer. Europe is a great opportunity to start. I am a firm believer that getting out of a routine lifestyle, travelling and and meeting new people will change your perspective on life. At the moment I am striving to get into med school however I’m unsure I’d be fulfilled. I’m 19, I haven’t experienced much in life but I am thankful for everything in life after seeing much of the world. I enjoy history, sports and music.

Everyone should show gratitude with what they have. I strive to be resourceful. Give everyone I meet a chance at life, motivate them and encourage to succeed in life. People should forget the concept of having resources to get them where they want to be in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don’t just use CS just for free accommodation. I use it mostly to meet up with locals though hangouts. locals know their country better than trip advisor. It’s a better way to adapt to the culture than to be a regular ol tourist.
