About Me
Hi there! My name is Abeda.. so, who am I? Well, I'm still figuring that out. But what I can say is that my identity is a big paradox. You see, I was born in a small village in Afghanistan but came to Denmark at the age of two. So I am Danish slash Afghan. Afghan slash refugee. I will always be slash and then something else which is the beauty of being born into diaspora - growing up without a homecountry can make the whole world feel like home. As a child I was extremely outspoken hence why I chose to study law and now the dream is to promote the rights of minorities, migrants and refugees. Just one problem: I found out that I hate paperwork and I refuse to sit at a desktop for the rest of my life. So now I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. But... I'll stop talking, so I can tell you the rest of the story when we meet (hopefully). That's one thing to note; I speak alot.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One of the most life affirming things is meeting people and hearing their stories. I'm not into smalltalk. I want to hear your story. I want to know what life experiences molded you into the person that you are today - I want to discuss, be challenged and learn! Yep, that basically why I'm on here.
