ABOUT ME

Most people on couchsurfing have a lot of things in common. I take it we're all into travelling, most of us are outgoing and open minded people so I don't need to tell you that.
I don't think I have anything special to say. I'm usually 'one of the guys' and I don't really have any female friends. Which is fine by me, friends are friends ^^

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am not able to host people as I don't have the space or the proper time to do this.

With a little luck though I'll have an appartment to myself pretty soon ^^

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first joined couchsurfing when I went to live in Scotland for a while and there I hosted the most amazing people. Everyone there gave me a warm welcome and all the couchsurfers I hosted were absolutely brilliant.
The weekly meetings we had there were always fun and I found myself some longlife friends in the cs-community there.

I attended the big cs-event Edinburgh Rocks and the stories I gathered there will be told to my grandchildren! :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As mentioned before I lived in Edinburgh for 5 months and even though it sounds a bit tacky it did really change my life.

I've seen the most amazing places, made the best friends one could ever find and had the best job ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anyone who's interested in Edinburgh or in Scotland as a whole has come to the right address.

While I was there I was a ghost-tour guide and did lectures on the university about the traditional clothing and such.

I can dress you up as a traditional highlander and I can tell you all about the famous stories of Edinburgh and the history of the city and country.

Apart from that I'm working as an English teacher so I can help you out with that.
