Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing mainly to be able to discover new people and get new insights on a country from "insiders". Very often, people travel to a country without getting involved in the culture which couch surfing will prevent hopefully :)
I love to learn new things on various topics, even out of my interests (although I do struggle with science ahahah).
+ It is obvious that as a student travelling is expensive, Couchsurfing represents a way to fulfil my dreams and some discoveries.
