Regarding hosting : Yes I am happy to host as per my availability but I also request people/ travel to think that I am not a billionaire or not here for charity that you can come and stay for free like a vacation.

I am not obliged to host you for longer or even if my plan changes I can say no which you should accept as you have not booked a flat via Airbnb or you have not paid for a 5 star.
So please decrease your expectations from a free stay as for you its free but for me it’s not.
