ABOUT ME

So I'm living in the middle of nowhere in the north of Japan. I'm an engineer by profession and as a side-effect, I'm prone to asking questions. A lot of them. My current goal is to become the very best at what I do and also learn conversational Japanese as fast as possible. Also, I have a soft spot for weird people and nerds/geeks.

PHILOSOPHY

That there is no one-size-fits-all philosophy. The closest which I can find is 'Live and let live'.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So couchsurfing is an entirely new concept for me. I'm hoping to meet new people and understand their stories.

If you like to question why things are the way they are, we should have a jolly good time together. I'm open to getting to know new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Depends on the context. In academics, the work done during my master's thesis could some day play a small role in unravelling the mechanisms of a few fatal diseases.

For people, I'd rather keep it to myself out of respect for those who had been helped.
