Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was travelling India for about 8 months as a back packer and I remember how grateful I felt when I was invited by a friend or an aquentance to stay over at their place. A few days of free stay and a little familiarity in an otherwise mad world. I hope to be a guiding post for the mad lost travellers that need a sane mind to talk to in between their journey.

Books- the brothers karamzov, the god of small things, midnights children, sea of poppys, river of smoke, the confessions of a sultana daku
Movies - there will be blood, ship of Theseus, a most violent year, the big Lebowski, Rushmore , gangs of New York, gangs of wasseypur etc etc etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'v experienced 3 days of non stop rolling(ship) 40 degrees off the bay of Biscay while we were going from Netherlands (vlissingen) to Brazil (portocel). It was a crazy and rough time where I got to experience the power of the ocean.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can clean , mop , wash dishes , grocery shop and will literally sleep on the floor.

I have many stories and am a good conversationist and with a little effort now a good listener too.

I enjoy exploring mental spaces .
