About Me

A poet and a wanderer, always up for meeting new people and sharing cultural experiences and views. When not doing anything then I just explore the city and eat at random places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To find nice people to host, exchange cultural backgrounds, thoughts, philosophies, travelling and staying at a hotel is not my thing. Getting to know people and staying with them is a whole different level of experience for all.

Meeting artists, activists and poets from around the world, hoping to learn more about lives lived in the corners of their worlds. Sketching, Walking, Writing and Everything which doesn't turn out to be monotonous. Wake up till late, like to converse about philosophy, spirituality, politics, conspiracies.

I have traveled in India but haven't ventured out of the country till and now that opportunities are opening up and the internet is offering the world to us, I have decided that I am going to travel and see different countries, learn about different cultures and make a lot a new friends!

Interests

Politics, poetry, activism, promoting art and artists and collaborating with them on different projects.

I love working with agricultural projects and organic farming. It's something like a life source to me.

The more the better.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living with travel experiences and without a regular job and hope to do so for the coming years!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Talk about Indian culture/politics/spirituality/food/mythology, teach them some Indian languages (Hindi/Urdu) I know, share some poetry and bring them souvenirs from Delhi!

I understand that CS hosts have bills to pay and they are generous people who let us into their homes and offer us shelter. I am responsible, will take care of their house like my own, will help them wash after meals and offer assistance in whatever they need of time permits. I want to find friends in them and hope to host when they are in India.
