About Me

A traveler who played cricket at Senior district level and playing club level Tennis.
A chess addict turned into book geek.

A Civil Servant by choice
(Assistant Commissioner of State Tax (GST) of batch 2021-2022)

Here are some things one might consider:
1) I am a working professional, (10am to 6pm) so one might adjust to the timing since I live with my mother.
2) When you put the stay request : Must mention the Keyword - “David Gilmour” so that I will get that you haven’t copy pasted the same message.
3) Being a JAIN household, non-vegetarian/non-Jain food is not welcomed inside the home. (Root vegetables are not welcomed inside for the consumption)
4) You can use kitchen to make food (even you can make for all of us)
5) Do ask my mother for any help either your require or you can offer, if you are having lunch/dinner at my place.
6) My mother is little strict about CLEANLINESS of room. So I expect you to keep it clean (Messy is okay but not dirty). She is getting along with me in couchsurfing. She doesn’t speak english plus she would not interfere as well. So kindly keep this in mind.
7) Check out ‘Couch Photos’ in Photo section to take a look at my guests.
8) I don’t prefer guests who don’t put review after they leave my home. (3 people - 1 From Russia, 2 from France, don’t be fourth in the list)
“I carve stories on mountains and leave footprints on water”.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To help and to get a help. To meet bunch of like minded people across the globe. Sometimes finance limits the travel. It should not be in my case or anyone who is like me if one wants to travel in my area.
I have hosted more than 40+ internationals belonging to different countries when I worked with AIESEC org. It was an amazing experience that led me here to build up from where I had left.
