-Zero: His world? No, I don't think so. You see, we shared a vocation; it wouldn't have been necessary. No, the hotel I keep for Agatha. We were happy here, for a little while. To be frank, I think his world had vanished long before he ever entered it. But I will say, he certainly sustained the illusion with a marvelous grace.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked on board a cement truck down a mountain hill-station with a group of workers on their way home. I've gone through the mountains in Spiti, Himachal, without a plan or transportation, and just my rucksack. I've hiked through Bhutan, sleeping in bus stands in the cold to save money. I've seen people at their worst and their best, and I continue to be fascinated, because there's still so much to see and know.
