Born & raised in England but have moved around quite a bit since leaving blighty at 21. I've spent the last few years working in hospitality and desktop publishing whilst studying cognitive behavioral therapy. Currently driving coast to coast USA !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The kindness of strangers is a beautiful thing and its always cool to get to know new people. I have randomly couch surfed but never thru this site, I will be hosting when I move back to the UK next year.

Interests

Glastonbury festival! rap/poetry, reading & occasionally writing. Architecture, visiting markets, making jewellery. Wine & beer tasting, especially if locally brewed.

Music - soul, blues, folk, reggae, ska, punk, hiphop/triphop, oldschool rnb... a few of my favorite artists are Tricky, Manu Chao, Os Mutantes, Django Reinhardt, Magic Carpet, Fela Kuti, Sol Hoopi, T Rex, Nirvana, Led Belly, Led Zeppelin, the Kinks, prodigy, de la soul & the Cat Empire.

Movies - I dig everything by Jim Jarmusch, Quentin Tarentino and Oliver Stone. I'm also a big fan of documentaries and independent film. And there's always time for a bit of stand up comedy, Bill Hicks, George Carlin & Dylan Moran know whats up!
