I am currently employed as a pedagogue at a university and additionally working as a certified Theater and Acting Therapist in Germany. My academic and professional focus lies in integrating holistic approaches—such as Yoga, Reiki, Theater, and Acting Therapy—into educational and therapeutic contexts to support individual and collective healing processes.

Social engagement has always been a central component of my work. My professional journey has been strongly shaped by my commitment to working with vulnerable groups, including children, the elderly, and refugees. This dedication led me to pursue studies in Pedagogy and later to specialize in Theater and Acting Therapy, allowing me to work with individuals across all age groups—children, adolescents, and adults.

For over ten years, I have volunteered as an interpreter, translating Urdu into German for refugees in Berlin. In parallel, I have also dedicated a decade of voluntary service to working with older adults through the "Old People Friends" initiative in Berlin. This work reflects my deep appreciation for intergenerational dialogue and the value of lived experience in both educational and therapeutic settings.

In addition, I am a certified seminar leader in Autogenes Training, a relaxation method closely associated with mental health promotion. My work in this area aims to support spiritual and psychological well-being through evidence-based techniques and practices.
