Overview
About Me
I'm a Canadian primary school teacher currently based in Cambridge, England and trying to make the most of my half-term breaks to explore Europe and the UK a bit better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've done a little bit of travelling and have realized that the best moments of those trips are spent with people-often strangers. Travelling and adventuring has a way of bringing people together, I want to more intentionally be a part of that community, that fellowship. I want to meet people, be a guide, and be guided. That's why Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
My list of books that I want to read is far longer than the list of books I've read...
A few of my favourites however, would include "Anna Karenina", "Cheaper by the Dozen" (nothing like the movie, I promise! 1000x better!), and "Boy", the autobiography of Roald Dahl.
In terms of movies, the sappier the better: You've Got Mail, Sleepless in Seattle. But also I love those action ones! Vertical Limit, and Non-Stop.
Music: I love it all! Right now I particularly love anything quiet, acoustic, great vocals and a bit of a beat: Matt Simons, Kygo, and Andrew McMahon.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn to dance! (better)
