I like to play, a lot. Yoga, massage, dance, acro, any kind of movement inspires me. Talking, singing, connection and creation feeds my soul. I strive to cultivate community through a dedicated practice of presence and play both with myself in my own journey as well as with everyone I surround myself with.
As a massage therapist and yoga teacher I am able to cultivate this connection every day. Whether it's on the table, on the mat, in the studio, in the kitchen or out in the world. I have a fierce passion and love for this life and I crave sharing that with others! Let's play :)
