I'm a current Cottey College student, who will be attending Cottey starting in January. I'm pursuing an Associates of Fine Arts in Dance there, then I plan to head to Sweet Briar College for my BFA in Dance. I've been dancing for 10 years and spent the last 3 years training at Ballet Austin under the direction of compaany members and former professionals. Ballet is my testimony so not doing it would be a tragedy. I've also played guitar for the band Khronicle where we recorded a full length album in 2004. I am also pursing a music minor for my BFA in Dance.
I usually stay busy with scholarships, studying and taking the SAT and ACT, dance classes, and tutoring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm seeking to establish a temporary residency until school starts the week of January 7th. I need to be at school by January 5th to start getting things in order at my dorm. So like January 3, 2018 is when I will need to leave unless I'm in Missouri then January 4, 2018.
It's a long story, but there was severe oppression of women's rights in Texas and I had to leave.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music includes Evanescence, Molly Parden, Vicki Beeching, David & the Giants, Kari Jobe, Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns, Hillsong United, Owl City, and Korn to name a few.
My favorite movies are Hoodwinked, Leap Year, Dispicable Me 3, Batman Begins, Anne of Green Gable, Pride & Prejudice, and the Sword and the Stone.
I like Dont Waste your life, Extravagent Worship, and Leading Teams.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Created a 7 minute dance called deliverance on pointe and danced with my pointe shoes and a classical tutu.

I can teach you ballet.
I can also teach you how to play guitar.
I like other dance form like ariel dance. One of my friends performed as a modern dancer inside IBC bank in Austin, where the arial dancers performed on the side of the building. Not something I would consider.
