About Me
Hello!
I am 22 years old and traveling the world long term, until May 2020. I love to cook, read, explore new places and learn about local cultures. I grew up in Michigan, USA, and just graduated from university in May 2019. I studied philosophy at university and am preparing to go to law school back home in the coming years.
I would love to meet up with people in the next places I will be visiting this year: Serbia, Cyprus, Israel, Egypt, and Greece! I also may be in Italy and France in May.
I am also interested in female hitchhiking buddies, so please contact me if you are planning to hitchhike in any of the above countries, or surrounding areas. :-)
Abby

My favorite movie is Pulp Fiction
Favorite Book: The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway (and most other novels)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In November 2019 I trekked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal on foot from Basisahar to Muktinath. We reached the summit at Thorong La Pass at 5,416 m, and walked over 120 km!
This was by far the hardest thing I have ever accomplished in my life. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
Teach, Learn, Share
My main goal of traveling is to learn about the world. So far I have encountered so many different ways of life that have shown me that what is considered normal in Western culture is not the end-all-be-all way to live.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories from my travels and bits of my culture as well. I love to cook and would be happy to cook a meal for my hosts and their families/roommates.
Countries I’ve Visited
Croatia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Nepal, Poland, Ukraine, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
