I’m mostly between México (Hermosillo, Sonora) and Chicago. Currently I study and work in Chicago. Passions are drawing, painting and traveling. I'm a 3D Animation student.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I fell in love with the concept since day one, the energy that this app emanates it’s what we need these days. I love how you’re able to connect with so many cultures, experiences, friends and landscapes; everything through the eyes of a local.
Like almost everyone here I want to travel as much as I can. I'm starting my journey to travel around soon and I would like to meet cool open-minded people from all around the world. I'm excited for new experiences.

I'm here because I want to keep growing and learning. I want different mindsets, food, skills, backgrounds- I want to see, taste, explore, understand and soak up everything I can. I crave different connections.
Finally, I want to practice the languages I'm learning :)

Chicago, US: Unfortunately, I can’t host people right now because I don’t have the proper space where I live... I’m open to hang out with you and show you around the City though, we can grab a drink or go to eat/museums/concerts. It’s your call really, say it and I’m down.
Hermosillo, MX: I normally go to México 2 or 3 times per year, more than willing to host you and show you the beautiful beaches, landscapes, desert, sunset and amazing food.

Interests

I love all types of art and expression. Main hobby it’s definitely photography, I also enjoy acting and singing (I was one of those drama club kids back in high school lol) I like to read and write poetry, I love to read about sociology, philosophy and history. Everything about the mind and our behavior through time, different circumstances and contexts is very interesting to me :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That I've seen: The sunset over the ocean.
That I've done: Give love and being kind no matter what. I think is the greatest thing anyone can do :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Spanish, we can draw or paint. Explore, go hiking or partying. Want me to take some cool photos of you in the main spots of the city (or even the underground scene) ? I gotchu :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

My company, knowledge, food, music, stories, advice, movies, etc. I’m clean, easy to talk to and I try to be respectful with my surroundings. The environment, plants, animals, humans, ultimately with our planet.
I’ll adjust to your schedule, I know your time is valuable so is mine, I’ll stick to your rules and your house; just how I was raised, because at the end of the day you have to give what you want and we all deserve kindness and respect.
