I grew up in a tiny town in Vermont and have been studying medicine and exploring the world since then. I have had some amazing experiences couch surfing and cannot wait till I am also able to host couchsurfers myself. There is so much to see and do and its always better to get to know a country on a personal level.

I have couch surfed in Scotland and Paris before and both were the best experiences possible. Unfortunately I forgot my password for that previous account so I needed to start a new one, but I am all for sharing experiences and getting the personal touch with travel that couch surfing provides. I love to see the local view of an area when I travel, not just the tourist attractions. Travel can be expensive, but Couchsurfing provides such a great way to make friends and learn about the world without breaking the bank.

Medicine provides continuous marvels; any time I help sew up a laceration or set a broken bone I am awed by the human body and the potential we have to affect each other.

I have done some substitute teaching and am ok with kids, but I prefer to spend time with people my age or older. There is so much to learn from others and their experiences. I love to hear others' stories and learn from their experiences!
