About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living the #VanLife in a converted ProMaster that I built out! Wahoo!! Bopping between Boulder, Fort Collins, and Taos.

That being said - hit me up if you need suggestions for what to do in Boulder/FoCo/New Mexico.

To share stories, create memories, and appreciate this beautiful world and all the genuine people in it.

ABOUT ME

Fun loving, easy going, positive, free spirit (most of the time) - I do enjoy reading. Writing. Laughing. Dancing. Wine. Poetry. Conversation. Walking. Warm and welcoming.

PHILOSOPHY

I think something can be learned from every person one comes across and a great opportunity is missed if we walk on by. People are so intricate and complex in the makeups of their souls and minds but simultaneously so simple - they want to listen and share and connect. I want to leave something with and take something from each person I meet. Whether it is a new recipe, an open invitation to crash on their couch, or a long lasting friendship.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a good deal of surfers now and am always looking to meet and share new experiences with more! Couch surfers are some of the greatest people on this planet.

I haven't hosted in quite a while but

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted in Denver and Tallahassee quite a bit. I got into a serious relationship - with a wonderful man I met on couchsurfing! While that is no longer going, it is a spot in time I will forever cherish. I currently don't have a home to host - see above #vanlife haha. However, I'll be making some fun road trips and would love a person to ride shotgun for a few days/weeks - if they are alright with camping alongside the van!

Each couchsurfer I've hosted or stayed with has come into my life as a stranger and left as a friend. I truly treasure these experiences and shared moments. Every person has been so genuine and on a mission completely unique and captivating that it has inspired myself, my roommates, friends, all who come into contact with that surfer to embark on their own journey. They also made my own travels special by giving me a local look at some communities I would have only been able to see as a tourist.

Interests

I am interested in traveling, writing, becoming fluent in Italian so I can impersonate Sophia Loren. I love animals and meeting new people. Reading, paddling (packrafting specifically) being outside, painting, drawing, gardening, sun bathing, drinking red wine, cooking, eating, tasting while I'm cooking and filling up on all the ingredients that go into the meal before it's even ready - basically anything food or drink related. Not a complete hedonist but I like the idea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Let's discuss this in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook. Think less Master Chef and more Cut Throat Kitchen. We'll work with what we got but we'll make a beautiful meal. Or at least an edible one.

I speak English, in case that wasn't clear. I am patient so if anyone wants to come and stay on my couch to learn either of those two things - please do not hesitate to contact me!

I really hope to learn some more Italian, how to make a delicious white russian (not too heavy, but still sweet and thirst quenching and hopefully will help me bowl better), how to dance - any type would be fine, I move like a jellyfish.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am independent, clean, usually have minimal amount of luggage and plans. I would love to cook for my hosts, help around the house, basically do anything I can to earn my keep. Besides prostitution. Obviously.
