ABOUT ME
Abilee Jane. I am 22yrs old, a Kiwi by birth, a Canadian by heritage. Love traveling and exploring. Worked as a geologist the last two and a half years in northern BC near the Alaskan border (helicopter fly-in camp in the mountains). Finished uni with an BSc. in Environmental Geology but have decided to go back to school to pursue neuropsychology. Moved to Wellington in February, where I plan to live for the next two years!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ventured into a network of ice-cave tunnels at the foot of a glacier. With a headlamp and some friends went into the dark unknown for a solid hour or so, sometimes having to squirm on our tummies to get to the next tunnel. Working in the middle of nowhere has its beautiful unexpected advantages!
Climbed Kilimanjaro last year, did the final ascent under the light of the full moon. Reached the summit as the sun was rising over the glaciers; have never felt so tired and elated in my life - a great feeling!
