One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The hike I took through Tiger Leaping Gorge just north of Lijiang in China was just about the most rewarding 3 days I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

I think everyone can learn a little something or more from just about everybody. I love to share recipes and learn new ways to cook with local ingredients.
