Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The question is why not be on couchsurfing?! Its one of the greatest ideas ever. I am interested in having an authentic experience while traveling. Meeting the local people of the region and when I return home, meet people traveling where life will have me settle. It's hard to go back to hostels afterwards, because your experience with CS is so much more rememberable! It leaves you with a positive feeling that another international...regarding the hosting part, well it really opens up your world to let a stranger into your room for some nights, knowing even before you meet him that you will probably become good friends afterwards.
