About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make it to Colorado! And learn to play hte harmonica.

ABOUT ME

I am headed to Colorado to have a summer adventure! I am from California but have lived in a few different places, including Washington, Maine, and Paris (briefly). I like climbing, hiking, eating, and pretty much anything outside. I have been listening to a lot of bluegrass music lately, and it has inspired me to learn to play the harmonica. Wish me luck :)
Disclaimer: I am a vegetarian!

PHILOSOPHY

Don't sweat the small stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm an avid supporter of CouchSurfing! I have had some wonderful hosts and I hope someday to repay the favors, or at least pay it forward.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once in Germany and then for a month all around France. It was amazing to stay with families and share meals with them. Strangers letting you, another stranger, into their home, and feeding you and conversing with you, even if there's a language barrier; it's really a bit magical.

Interests

Dessert! Being outside, climbing, reading, letter writing, taking walks, smelling flowers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in a place where I don't speak the language. Skydiving. Really though, everyday is amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak a bit of French, I can crochet and knit (albeit a bit poorly). I love baking! I would love to bring you your favorite baked good if you ever host me. I'm not sure if optimism can be taught, but I try to spread mine. Like a nice, delicious jam--all sticky and sweet!
