I like people and understanding what makes them tick. I love it when conversations get past the usual chit chat and we get to find out about the events that shaped us and the way we look at the world. There's always something to learn from everyone and always a potential to see things differently because of it - I've totally changed my mind about all the important questions at least once (but some twice or more!)
