About Me

Recently graduated from university after studying abroad in Mexico City for 6 months. While in Mexico I visited 13 states and that’s when I caught the traveling bug. I am currently traveling alone for a month in South America, visiting Peru, Chile and Bolivia. I enjoy visiting museums and archeological sites, hiking, camping, going to sporting events, live music, and going out for coffee or some beers. I would love to meet other like minded travelers and locals to explore the city with!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on couchsurfing to meet new, like minded travelers to explore with and to share experiences with. I also want to meet locals in order to rally learn about different cultures and to maybe share a bit with them about my own culture. I would love to be hosted by someone and be able to return the favor sometime in the future!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music but hip-hip, punk, ska, indie, and jazz are my favorite generes. I also love live music collecting records.

Me gusta toda la música pero hip-hop, punk, ska, indie y jazz son mis favoritos. También me encanta ir a diferentes conciertos y coleccionar discos de vinilo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked/hitchhiked 60 kilometers from Tulum, Quintana Roo in Mexico to the small fishing village of Punta Allen then slept on a hammock on the beach for 3 nights then took a boat ride back to Tulum.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you don’t know what you want, you end up with a lot you don’t.

La vida es como la espuma, por eso hay que darse como el mar.

Nothing good happens in the world by being comfy and cozy.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share company, conversation, and interest in learning about their culture and their experiences. I love food and cooking so I would love to cook some local cuisine with a host and possibly cook them a meal from my own culture.
