ABOUT ME

Youthful 42yr old you might say. I am a visual artist as well as a lay-historian. Studied and practised Painting, sculpture, Photography, performance, production design, projection media, music, Radio and TV production, radio and Club Djing etc.
Have lived in different parts of the world since being a kid.

PHILOSOPHY

Though we are all meant to be responsible for ourselves, one has to know what ones power IS before that becomes possible. A part of this knowledge is knowing ones limitations also.

Education is the cornerstone of this process. Our treatment of children is at the heart of it all.

We will never know true peace until we reach a critical mass of people who do have respect for others rather than law and money to manage their relationships with each other.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It took along time to come here to Couchsurfing, I wish to become a host with the most. Ideally I would like to teach or do creative works wherever I go whilst travelling....

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been lucky in that
1. Everybody I have stayed with so far is intelligient and knowlegeable, whether well read or not.
2. They have been good natured and generous.
3. They are concerned about your wellbeing/comfort.

But I also realise that the kind of people who let strangers into their lives like this are more likely to be like this.

I look for people who I have at least a few things in common with either politically, aesthetically etc... Please take that into consideration

Interests

Am a Painter with a love of Symbolist and Surrealist Art. I like Travelling, Natural History and Prehistory, Utopian political thought and history, food and organising soundsystem parties to unleash my music onto the unsuspecting masses...hehehe.. Namely Cosmic and Euro Disco, punk/funk/new wave, Psych garage and 50's garage.
