I am a 21 year old Ecuadorian cook and photographer who likes to write about food, travel, dance and surf. I grew up on Quito, Ecuador. Currently I work as a cook, study and also work freelance as a food photographer and writer.

Intereses

I enjoy different aspects of food; cooking it, tasting it, writing about it and photographing it. I also love salsa dancing, surfing, listening to music and reading novels. Going to concerts, music festivals and to the movies is something that im passionate about also.

I enjoy different types of music. I can mention a few like indie and alternative rock, trip-hop, hip-hop, classic jazz, salsa.

I have seen millions of movies, i enjoy watching and discussing about film. Some of my all time favorites are Paris, Texas, 20th Century Women, In The Mood For Love, Whiplash, Melancholia, amongst others.

Avid novel reader. Ive read a lot of Latinamerican, Russian and Japanese authors, like Borges, Onetti, Tolstoi and Kawabata.
