Overview
About Me
East Coast of the US transplant to the West Coast. I live my life through one experience at a time and when I'm not traveling internationally or enjoying all of the wonder the West Coast has to offer, I am in my garden, behind the stove, or hiking with my two dogs.
My current mission is to intimately get to know the West Coast, but I haven't been able to turn my back on traveling to Europe, and I will be heading back in April.
I have never been able to answer the question, "what was your favorite country you have visited?"
Pretty much all of my couchsurfing experiences and hosting was through my last relationship, look up Anthony Mirisciotta if you need to verify my couchsurfing experience.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
If it weren't for couch surfing, I may not feel as close to any of the countries I have visited. Couch surfing opened up a new way to meet people who care about where they live and showing others their culture. It also made me look at humanity in a whole new way. I only hope I can offer more hosting experiences!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCES
A memory that stands out is singing English karaoke, in a Spanish bar, in Italy. Our host was such a blast. We finished the night with Tiramasu.
Or there was that time I was convinced to kayak in Ghent in December by a couchsurfing host. He was right, even December, Ghent was meant to be seen from the river!
