finally catching up to the moment i've been waiting for

ABOUT ME

i left home in october 2008 with a one way ticket to vietnam. i took a course to get certified to teach english, traveled through a lot of south east asia, and have decided to spend some time on koh tao in thailand learning about diving and working as a dive master. alternating teaching and diving, i hope to keep traveling as long as i can.

PHILOSOPHY

more school will always be there. instead of being pressured to go back i think i should work and live in new places, and travel while i'm still young. and maybe during that time i'll find something to do that i'm really passionate about and make a career out of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i plan to be traveling off and on for a while, but where ever i am, i will try to be as accommodating as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

though lack of planning made couch surfing less convenient than hostels during my euro-trip, the few experiences i had were great and i wish i would have gotten to do more surfing.

i really need to be less lazy and get involved in southeast asia!

i'll listen to about anything, and love finding new music to listen to. though, everytime i find a new favorite song, i listen to it over and over until i'm sick of it.

i thought traveling alone i would be lonely and finally learn how to read but i was wrong. i spend more time people watching and doing crossword puzzles.
