ABOUT ME

Right now I am an exchange student at the University of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark. I love it here! I am originally from Texas, in the United States. This is my first time in Europe, so I have a lot to see and do! I want to go everywhere, if only that was possible.

I consider myself to be open-minded, easy-going, fun-loving, respectful, and mature. I love meeting new people, and learning about them, their culture, their life - everything! And if you want to learn about me, my culture, life, etc. then I am happy to oblige!

I enjoy learning about the history and culture of a place, so I like to go to museums, landmarks, etc. But I also want to truly experience each place I visit, and that requires meeting the people who live there! At night I like to go out and have a good time with friends, whether it's having a few drinks and great conversation in a cozy pub or at a club dancing like crazy! Really, I can be happy in most situations.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in an apartment in Copenhagen with five other people, so I'm not sure how well they would take it if I invited a couchsurfer. But I am going to feel out the situation!

For now, I would be happy to meet people who are visiting Copenhagen for coffee, or to come out with me and my friends at night. Or if they need some help getting around the city, I have been here long enough that I could probably be some help.

Other than that, at the moment, I suppose I am mostly a couchsurfer! When I visit a new city I think it would be great to meet and make a connection with someone who is from there. I will learn so much more that way! And they can learn about me too :) That is the essence of couchsurfing right?

I have never couchsurfed before...But hopefully that will change soon.

Animals- especially horses (I grew up riding horses and I am studying to be a veterinarian!), science, beautiful places, history, culture, new people, good food and wine (isn't that universal though?)
