Overview
About Me
I recently finished school and and started serving in AmeriCorps here in St. Louis. I work at a refugee resettlement organization and spend most of my time at work helping people save to buy their first homes here in STL or start small businesses.
I'm a St. Louis native - but only moved back here about a year ago and have been having a great time reconnecting with the city and finding community here. I love this city! It's a great place to live and work and I like to brag about it to other people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had some really great experiences when travelling that came out of the kindness of strangers. I think meeting new people is always an exciting part of being in a new place - and I like to seek that out whenever I'm away from home. On the flip side, I love to host new people and share info about Saint Louis. A lot of great places here are hidden inside neighborhoods and odd spots that people may not see when just staying for a few days.
Interests
I have a lifelong passion for aimlessly bicycling around places.
There's a lot of other things, but my focus right now has been learning computer science/programming via MOOC's on coursera.org and edx.org. The classes and instructors are amazing and you can learn almost anything you want.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a really easy going, no frills, low-maintenance traveler. I like to pack light and love to wander around new places. I don't mind pets, babies, loud parties, hard floors, or quiet evenings. I do genuinely enjoy meeting new people and look forward to maybe meeting you.
