ABOUT ME

Some words that others have used to describe me are..Down to earth, Mischievous earthy pixie creature, Lively, high spirited, vivacious, heart centered (really i resonate more OUT of earth/space/time and long for the land of the elves)..
As of Gregorian calendar time of yr 2006 I qualified as a primary teacher. I love the curiousity, imagination, awe that children express everyday, children and i alike are intrigued by earth and all it's creatures great and small.. I do not however teach so much anymore as earth is a school and I am being the student in this school.

I do my best to eat organically, nurturing both the earth and my body. I am no longer vegetarian, occasionally eating chicken, i don't drink alcohol and a non smoker.. But i still love to enjoy life, high and happy!! Life is a party!!!

I am purely on couch surfing to get to know/connect on a heart basis.. To connect for life.. I am keen to host/meet other people from elsewhere and energy exchange, show you about and you can teach me some of your culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a couchsurfer in Barcelona and he told me about this site and he shared many fantastic stories about his experiences couchsurfing in other countries / cultures.. It got me intrigued and i love how it connects the world together in community..common-unity..

Interests

Spending time with friends whilst meeting new people from all walks of life, sacred places, plant medicine, entheogenics, meditation, crystals, healing modalities and personal development, drinking herb tea, listening and learning, nature, music, dancing, sound healing, shamanism, sacred geometry, ancient cultures.. Keeping up my heels and invoking my inner child!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Depending on my mood or for any type of mood one of my favourite sounds is Nature.. Second fav is NZ music.. To name a few..Fat Freddy Drop, Salmonella Dub, Katchafire.. I also enjoy the silence between the notes..For an uplifting soul felt mood i love Aussie east coast band Oka.. Music anyone can dance and feel the love..For a more energetic mood i enjoy Blutech, Thievery Corporation, Drum and Bass, Jungle.. Tool..I also anything with a cruisy, chilled beat.. For a relaxing tranquil day/eve i enjoy downtempo, ambient spiritual/meditative music, deep forest, enigma, massive attack For a contemplative mood i enjoy dub, reggae, african type shake groove and move vibe. For relaxing and meditating i enjoy spiritual music combining all religions and rejoicing in the spirit of life.Movie genres i enjoy are documentaries, scifi, drama and comedy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The opening of a San Pedro cactus flower that flowered only for a few hours at night on the 1/1/11..
Hundreds of ladybirds flying and a few landing on and around me just across the road from my previous couch surfer home in South Beach Fremantle..
Meditating within the sacred sites in Peru and into the jungle with a Shaman.
Viewing the divine union of the Earth Moon and Sun in a total eclipse.
