ABOUT ME

I am colombian, and I moved to Paris in November 2017, and sorry I am still learning French, my level is B1 (shame on me!). I am researcher in the field of mathematics applied to health. I am gay and I say that because I want to put distance of homophobic people but also I would like to emphasise that I don't use couchsurfing as a dating site or gay app... I live alone in the 20th arrondisement of Paris.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I prefer to be immersed in the life of the places that I use to visit, this is because the couchsurfing may be a better alternative for hosting in comparison with hotels. For me couchsurfing is not just a way to reduce expenses, mainly is a way to exchange experiences with other travelers...

Interests

Reading, history, politics, museums, theater (I am an amateur actor), cinema, board games, I am runner, usually I run twice per week, 10km each time, I studied and I try to practice Non-violent communication, I love outdoor activities like trekking, rafting, canyoning, climbing, rappel, speleology, etc..

What I Can Share with Hosts

I livea lone in a small flat and I have an inflatable mattress and you will sleep in the living room.
Since my flat is not so big, I prefer to host only one person and exceptionally a couple.
I can go out if I am free otherwise we can arrange some plans for the nights. We may organize some plans, for example to run together or biking to some park close to Paris.
