About Me
CURRENT MISSION
No travels planned, but it's nice to meet new people as time allows.
ABOUT ME
I'm 29, gay, grew up in and reside in Seattle, just went back to school last year to get my BFA in interior design at Cornish College of the Arts. Started my sophomore year this fall. I'm nice, honest, trustworthy, clean, considerate, respectful, and easygoing. More than willing to assist with cooking, cleaning, chores, and the like. I'm also (literally) a card-carrying Native American! Member of the Karuk Tribe of California, although I was adopted at birth so I can't claim to be especially enmeshed in Karuk culture. Been reading a lot about Indigenous studies though, in addition to my art and design stuff.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to treat others with respect and be as honest as possible with myself and my dealings with others. Trying to work through my occasional over-politeness that comes from growing up in (and living in) the Pacific Northwest and be more "real" when necessary.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Willing to show visitors around Seattle when I'm available and in town.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've done a little couchsurfing with family and friends, and hosted for the same. Nothing too out-of-the-ordinary though...
Interests
Love art and design in all forms, love books, have a strange affinity for giraffes and hoodies. Enjoy good food whether sleazy or upscale. Like to laugh! Currently doing reading on Native American issues.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm so bad at picking favorites. I love all sorts of things and it depends on my mood at the moment. I do adore Breakfast at Tiffany's (movie and book). Don't like horror films as they are too stressful. Used to be a constant reader until I went back to school last year, I've been so busy that I haven't felt like reading much. Which is strange.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a (don't laugh) licensed manicurist. Which means I can teach/share a great hand and/or foot massage. (I even got a testimonial in "Seattle" magazine.)
