Overview
About Me
I have an economics degree from Florida State University. Have worked at Cracker Barrel for 8 years, and am trying to figure out exactly how I want to utilize those experiences. The people I have met so far on my trip have truly made me a Couch-Surfer for life and I am proud to part of the club. I will be a great host once I decide where I want to live. I have been living with my parents for over a year now to save up money for this trip, so I am somewhat homeless until I find my calling, and wow.. I have seen some incredible things and met some even more incredible people already.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Starting a sabbatical to see the west coast and the mountains. Most interested in seeing city heritage, brewery's, and classic music. I enjoy meeting people and learning about as much as I possibly can. I like to try and experience new things and have been moderate successful in my endeavors so far. I am here for the mountain biking, snow boarding, mountain climbing, partying and anything I can find that is different from Florida.
Interests
I like to garden and enjoy trying as many exciting/rigorous activities that I can find on my adventures. I am a connoisseur of culinary arts and adult beverages. I like to find local seasonal vegetables to create new dishes and flirt with new cuisines. I collect scallops, catch shrimp out of the river and fish regularly, so seafood is my forte.

Music, Movies, and Books
I collect records and have been going through a funk/soul phase for a few years now, Stevie Wonder/ Otis Redding/ Bill Withers. My previous phases mixed between music from the 70s-90s. I find an appreciation for every single genre of music.
I can sit down and watch movies all day long, no preference in genre. I tend to quote old Adam Sandler and Pixar movies.
I am currently reading Jack Kerouac's, On the Road.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a road trip across the country with no itinerary and a large appetite for adventure.
Teach, Learn, Share
Personal interactions drive my life, I love being around people. I try to infect people with motivation and entertaining new thoughts.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fuel for thought, fuel for the body, and fuel for the soul.
