I am a lover of life. I work hard and play hard. I work so I can travel and currently am quiting my job of six and a half years to explore the world. I love seeing different cultures and parts of the world. I currently have a one way ticket to Madrid, an open mind and a desire to meet like minded people and see the

PHILOSOPHY

Leave the world better than you found it. I want to make sure I enjoy life to the fullest. I also am very aware of I all that I have and feel fortunate to have the opportunities have. I want to make sure that others can enjoy what I have enjoyed. I especially feel this way about nature. I hate seeing trash spoil beautiful places and pick up what I can when I see something marring a beautiful place. If everyone would make things nicer than when they got there, the world would be a much nicer place to explore.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just found out about Couch Surfing. When I told a friend about my plans to travel they asked if I was going to couch surf. I love the idea of meeting locals in an area and seeing what they find to be the interesting aspects of where they live. The whole concept of taking people into your home and welcoming them is such a great thing. I hope to participate in both sides of this. This is the type of thing that can help bring people from different cultures together. I think its great and look forward to meeting the CS community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ever since hearing about CS, I have met people who have been active in it all over. My new roommate has been active in CS for a while and I met a few CSers at a dinner lately. It reinforced the community to me. Everyone was great. Very courteous and interesting people.

Interests

Volleyball on the beach as often as possible. One of my greatest pleasures is new music. I love finding a new band or artist that I have never heard of and exploring their music. It is one of those simple pleasures that enhances my quality of life. I love the water and most everything associated with it. I would love to spend more time sailing and scuba diving.
