I am a really nice guy and I love learning about other people's cultures and customs. I especially like eating and trying out local delicacies. I am very self-deprecating and I personally think that if you can't joke about yourself you're taking life a little bit too seriously. All in all I am a happy, friendly guy. =)

This is my first time couchsurfing, but I am very hopeful that this experience will turn out great and I will come to love couchsurfing and in the future hosting. =)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Once my family and I went on a whale watching trip. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I get terribly seasick. As you can imagine my time on the boat was at first pretty miserable, but near the end of the journey we ran into a momma whale and her calf. Then we where joined by other whales. Seeing like five of these giant beasts was incredible. On our way back to shore as the sun was rising groups of dolphins were swimming by the side of the boat following us. It was incredible!

In addition to chemical engineering, I am also very interested in biology and if you ever want to see me totally nerd out just ask me about these channels called plasmodesmata. I am also interested in history and I am always interested in sharing little factoids I've learned
