ABOUT ME

I'm a graduate student staying in Seoul for a year. At the uni here, I'm studying Brain-Computer-Interfaces. It's pretty cool technology and I'm hoping that we can use this one day to control robots with our minds!
This will be my last year as a student so I'm trying to make the most of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't participated all that much yet. I have surfed somebody elses couch only once but I've ben to a few meetups in four different countries so far. I'm hoping to meet some people outside my university social bubble.

Interests

I like trying out new things. Like going to concerts of bands that I don't know. I've only been to one concert in Seoul yet and there they mixed belly dancing with post industrial rock. I didn't like it and I probably wouldn't go to another concert of this band but sometimes it's just nice to try something different.
I also like watching movies and I'm up for trips outdoors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am lucky to have visited relatively many countries in my life so far. Some of my trips, I did just with my bike and tent on the back. I went from Vienna to Belgrade like this two years ago and had a great time. If I ever manage to bring up the courage I'd like to go on a big adventurous trip. Just recently I watched a video of a guy that rode a horse all the war from Mongolia to Europe and it was awesome. Maybe one day...
