I teach trauma-informed leadership, compassionate communication training, and empowerment workshops. I made the content myself. I learned about this while with peacekeeping groups in Detroit and combined it with organizational psychology learned while working in team building at tech startups.

I like to learn about bodywork: yoga, dance.
