About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To become a professional in helping others improve their health and quality of life.

ABOUT ME

A sensitive, open, loving, and passionate being. A third culture kid, an environmentalist, an artist, an ocean lover, and on my path to becoming a healer.

When am a diligent worker, and committed to a cause.

I grew up in a very conservative environment, and had many physical and emotional restrictions, such as with where not to go, what not to do, and what not to feel.

Since I was a baby, I was often escaping my crib and finding ways to hack my way through the door to see the outside world. Only until junior year of university did I have the chance to explore a foreign country on my own and to seek adventure outside of my parameters.

Needless to say I am still growing my consciousness and awareness, learning how to be yet responsible human being.

I aim to work to help alleviate people's pain and suffering, through the provision of natural health therapies and natural food. Businesses have the potential to make the most social impact, so that is the area I am currently exploring.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe the foundation to a peaceful world and sustainable environment are healthy relationships between people built on trust and integrity. To create a healthy world and evolve as a species, we must continually heal ourselves from within. Celebrate diversity and respect our differences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The first time I surfed was in Rincon, Puerto Rico in 2007.

That experience changed my life forever, and I recommend CouchSurfing to travelers wherever I go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've used CouchSurfing to travel throughout California, Mexico, & Central America.

I usually host people from outside of CouchSurfing whom I meet through mutual friends or on the street.

Interests

I enjoy:

-Emotional and physical intimacy.
-Vibrant and authentic conversations, in multiple languages if possible.
-Strange and unique experiences, in foreign lands with foreign people.
-Spontaneous adventures where we risk being out in the open and transverse new territories with old or new friends.
-Art that happens by accident.
-Beautiful landscapes: clean oceans for swimming and rock formations for climbing.

I get excited by:

-A Green & Colorful World: Vegetables, U-Pick Farms.
-Movement Therapy: Yoga, Acroyoga, Surfing, Kitesurfing, Longboarding.
-Healing: Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Meditation
-Art: Scribbles, Sculpture, Illustration, Guerrilla Art
-Food: Natural, Healthy, Local & Organic
-Beautiful Creatures: Humans, Squids, Teddy Bears.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Friendship at first sight.
-Feeling the joy of a child the first time i went surfing.
